Return/
Refunds Policy
The return/replacement
request can be made within 14 days from the day of receipt.
The warranty doesn’t
include any physical damages, burnt, or mishandling.
The buyer has to ship the item at their expense.
The replacement/refund
would be initiated on receipt of the item by Sureworks and validation of the
product.
Refund is expected in 7-8
business days.
